Апстракт:
Organizational culture is one of the key factors influencing the process of organizational design and implementation organizational changes. As such, it is the subject of research and analysis in this paper. In this context, the analysis of the core values of employees, which could affect its formation, and reverse effect that it has on performance of organizational processes has been done. Organizational cultures associated with a group of special and in a particular way of measurable parameters in a company which represent the input requirements in the organization design.
